This friendly and welcoming class focuses on improving your posture, mobility, and overall well-being. Imagine feeling more active and sleeping better—sounds great, right?

We'll hold poses for a couple of minutes, using props to help you relax into each stretch.

No need to stress about equipment—household items work perfectly! Think yoga blocks or thick books, cushions or rolled towels, and even a chair or strap. We've got you covered!

Classes start promptly, so if you join late, simply mute and jump in. Remember, all sessions are recorded, so feel free to turn off your microphone and camera if you'd prefer.

If you're looking to fit some relaxation into your busy schedule, consider this Chair Yoga class. You'll love the friendly vibes as you meet others who understand what you're going through.

You get to set your own pace, allowing you to move comfortably. Plus, you can join us on camera or simply relax off-screen.

In these sessions, we start with calming breaths to help you breathe easy. You'll enjoy seated poses that match your energy level, and we will conclude with peaceful reflection time.

This class will NOT be recorded.

You can self-cancel your registration for an automatic refund up to one hour before class (no refunds after that or for no-shows).

That said, if you would like access to a previously recorded class, feel free to request that by replying to your confirmation email.

Chair Yoga: Get Strong with Me!

Join us for a fun, 30-minute chair yoga session that focuses on building both strength and flexibility!

We often think of muscle as just a way to look good or feel strong, but it's actually so much more. What to Expect:

We’ll be working with resistance to build strength, which can be done using:

That’s why I created this space.

The Chill & Refill Club is a gentle, low-pressure, high-compassion gathering for midlife women who are holding a lot—kids, work, relationships, health stuff, aging parents, rogue hormones, or just the mental load of remembering everyone’s shoe sizes.

We’re not here to hustle or glow-up.

We’re here to pause.

Here’s how it works:

We meet weekly on Zoom for a simple 50-minute rhythm:

  • 10 minutes: Check-in and share what self-care you’re choosing today
  • 30 minutes: Go on mute and do your thing (yoga, journaling, knitting, sitting quietly with a LaCroix—you choose)
  • 10 minutes: Regroup and share how it went (or just listen and sip your tea)

That’s it.

No pressure.

No assignments.

No comparing bullet journals.

Just showing up for yourself—with the accountability of kind, like-minded women doing the same.

Over the summer, we’ll meet for a total of 10 sessions.
