Welcome to The Chill & Refill Club

You’re tired of self-care feeling like another item on your to-do list.

And frankly, same.

That’s why I created this space.

The Chill & Refill Club is a gentle, low-pressure, high-compassion gathering for midlife women who are holding a lot—kids, work, relationships, health stuff, aging parents, rogue hormones, or just the mental load of remembering everyone’s shoe sizes.

We’re not here to hustle or glow-up.

We’re here to pause.

Here’s how it works:

We meet weekly on Zoom for a simple 50-minute rhythm:

  • 10 minutes: Check-in and share what self-care you’re choosing today
  • 30 minutes: Go on mute and do your thing (yoga, journaling, knitting, sitting quietly with a LaCroix—you choose)
  • 10 minutes: Regroup and share how it went (or just listen and sip your tea)

That’s it.

No pressure.

No assignments.

No comparing bullet journals.

Just showing up for yourself—with the accountability of kind, like-minded women doing the same.

Over the summer, we’ll meet for a total of 10 sessions.

There’ll be a short break mid-season while I’m off to Hawaii with my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary —and yes, we’re bringing our 10-year-old along to see volcanoes, shave ice, and mama in full aloha mode.
