Nope. That’s literally the point. You don’t need to touch your toes, balance on your hands, or look like anyone on Instagram. I’ll meet you exactly where you are — whether that’s stiff, sore, tired, or brand-new to yoga. Flexibility is something we build, not a prerequisite.

You’re in good hands. I specialize in making yoga adaptable for every body — including those managing pain, chronic illness, or limited mobility. We’ll adjust positions, use props, or modify movements as needed so you can participate safely and comfortably. No “just push through it” nonsense here.

If you’ve ever rolled your eyes at being told to “align your energy with the universe,” you’ll fit right in. I focus on what actually helps your body feel better: movement, breath, nervous system regulation, and practical tools for real life. Zero crystals required.

A single session is great if you want to test things out or focus on one specific goal or issue. The 1-Month Program gives you four sessions for less per session — perfect if you want momentum, accountability, and noticeable progress without starting from scratch each week.

All you need is a device with a camera (phone, tablet, or laptop) and a little space to move. I’ll guide you through every pose, offer real-time feedback, and make sure you feel supported the whole time. You’ll get the same personalization as in-person sessions — sometimes even better because you’re in your own space, no commute required.

You totally can — and sometimes that’s exactly what you need. But YouTube doesn’t watch you. Private yoga is about you — your history, your injuries, your goals, your actual life. I build sessions that meet your body where it’s at, so you can stop guessing, stop forcing, and finally make progress that sticks.

Once you book, you’ll get a confirmation email with everything you need — your session link (if online), a quick intake form so I can learn about your goals and needs, and a few simple setup tips. When we meet, we’ll chat briefly about what’s going on in your body, then dive into a practice built just for you.
