We'll hold poses for a couple of minutes, using props to help you relax into each stretch.
No need to stress about equipment—household items work perfectly! Think yoga blocks or thick books, cushions or rolled towels, and even a chair or strap. We've got you covered!
Classes start promptly, so if you join late, simply mute and jump in. Remember, all sessions are recorded, so feel free to turn off your microphone and camera if you'd prefer.
