This is a 20-minute session where we can unwind and connect as we welcome the new year.

Here's what we’re doing:

  • Community Check-In: We’ll kick things off by sharing our thoughts and feelings in a super supportive setting. It’s all about being open and connecting with each other.
  • Nervous System Balancing Exercises: We’ll do some gentle exercises to help reduce stress and promote relaxation. Expect mindful breathing, light movements, and some guided mindfulness to keep us centered.
  • Reflection and Connection: At the end, we’ll take a moment to reflect and chat about our experiences, deepening our connections.

These sessions are perfect if you want to carve out a moment of calm in the midst of your day. Whether you're new to this or a pro, you’ll find it helpful.
