Chair Yoga: Get Strong with Me!

Join us for a fun, 30-minute chair yoga session that focuses on building both strength and flexibility!

We often think of muscle as just a way to look good or feel strong, but it's actually so much more. Did you know that muscle is our body's largest endocrine organ, playing a huge role in our overall health and how we age? Many conditions we face as we get older are linked to weak or unhealthy muscles.

This class is a great way to start building muscle and taking control of your health. Come move with us and take a step towards a stronger, healthier you!

What to Expect:

Options to do exercises seated in a chair, using a chair for support, or standing.

We’ll be working with resistance to build strength, which can be done using:

    • Your own body weight
    • Dumbbells (if you have them—totally optional!

Adaptable movements to fit your comfort level and needs.
