This class is based on the Science of Stretching™ and is a mat-based, targeted mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked-up hips, and tight hamstrings.

I cannot promise we'll reap all these benefits in just one class. I recommend popping on a class and following along 3-5 x per week to start making significant progress with your flexibility.
We will be holding poses for 2 or more minutes so props can support you in staying in the stretch without gripping your muscles. For the type of stretching we’re doing, aimed at increased flexibility, we want to relax into the position.
You don’t need all this stuff so don’t get overwhelmed. One of each type using household items can serve you well!
Having them nearby is nice since you probably won’t know what you might want until you try it.
