Join Me for Chair Yoga: Get Strong with Me!

I’m so excited to announce that I have four sessions of Chair Yoga: Get Strong with Me! already scheduled, and I can’t wait to get moving with you. We’ll be focusing on building strength and muscle mass in a way that’s accessible and fun.

This class is extremely adaptable, whether you’re seated, standing, or using a chair for support (options for all three will be shared!)

As I get older, I’ve made it my personal mission to build more muscle mass and strength. It’s something I’m super passionate about because I know how important it is for our overall health.

Did you know that having more muscle mass can help maintain our mobility, support our metabolism, and even improve our balance?

On the flip side, losing muscle as we age can increase the risk of falls and make everyday tasks more challenging. That’s why staying strong and active is so crucial!

I’d love for you to join me on this journey. Let’s work together to build strength and feel our best :)
