Excuse-Busting Summer Yoga Challenge [BODY-POSITIVE]

Do you love summer as much as I do? Sunshine, more relaxed schedules, pool days, and warm nights outside make me so happy!
The only thing I don’t love about summer is that I let every excuse in the book keep me from my health and fitness goals.
If you can relate, I’ve got a 14-day body-positive yoga challenge focused on staying consistent with your movement goals through those lazy days of summer.

We’re using an app called MasterHealth and it’s super easy to download and get started.
There is no cost to participate in the challenge and there will be both chair and mat-based options shared but really, you can do whatever practice you want and works for you and get support and encouragement along the way.
My goal is 90 minutes per week for 2 weeks. You get to choose the number of minutes doing yoga you want to do per week and the group helps you stick with that goal over the course of the challenge.
