I certainly do...

I feel it most when I wake up in the morning. It sometimes gets better throughout the day, but deep down I know that 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝟰𝟱 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲!

𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 has started to change this for me and I'd love to share what I've learned. I put together a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝟭-𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 you can follow to try it for yourself.

In just 10 minutes a day, you'll start to 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗵𝗮𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝗽.

With practice, you may...

  • Improve 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
  • Regain youthful mobility for 𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹
  • Improve 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽
  • Enjoy an 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲
  • Enhance 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 (need I say more about how flexibility can help here?)
  • Reduce 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
  • Improve 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Bonus: These poses can be done while watching TV! All you need is 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿 (you can use your phone!)
